The original genies had these weird funny looking mouths and they just give this one human lips, and there's no reason for her to have an actual hairdo and not a vague cloudy mass in the shape of one other than to go THIS ONE IS A GIRL. Her neck is long as fuck under that snake scarf (which is a design element I actually kinda like.) Doesn't fit in with the original trio's lore about natural disasters, either. Coulda been a Water/Flying or an Ice/Flying, something to go with strong winds and lightning storms ruining harvests and landscapes while the master Landorus brings fertility. It's not a bad design because EEEWWWW ICKY GIRL, I got no problem with a female genie. It's bad because it feels like an unnecessary and unnatural addition to a trio both in shared design elements and lore.
