What pokemon would make good use of it? It would have tl be

>Have some boosting moves
>A sky high defensive stat
There are some mons that can do things like bulky set up sweepers taking a few attack and then hitting like a truck

not necessarily, you could take a mon with high offensive stats and turn it into a wall
