They deliberately made these new mon designs shit. 1. They're extinct for a reason. 2. Low effort so no one asks for them in the actual mainline games, and they'll be stuck in Legends hell.

It won't matter if they're supposed to be "extinct" anymore if Arceus is so willing to give zero flying fucks about the logistics of the timeline that it allowed Porygon to exist in Ancient Hisui generations before Cinnabar Lab would ever create it.
