I can understand SwSh because of the competitive and trading, but Nintendo is out of their mind if they think this will push more subscriptions to NSO, same with BDSP since that game is going to be dead after 3 months

Just like SwSh you can play PLA offline. You just don't get any online features there might be, including Mystery Gift.

Poor wording on my part, I know NSO is only "required" for the online features and the game can be played on its own. What I mean is that the online "features" are so minimal and just not the focus of the game that I question why it's even locked behind NSO. Bunch of crap.
