coulda made gale wings only work for offensive moves or only above 50% health instead of the complete gutting they did in gen 7
though this is also the company that saw dark void smeargle being a problem and decided to not only ban smeargle from using it (smart) but then ALSO reduce dark voids accuracy to 50%???? darkrai has never been legal in any vg format and they completely killed the poor things move because of some other pokemon that they ALREADY made unable to use it
