It will just be start and finish, random new shit with close to 0 explanations, random shit that barely even makes sense at all, as it's always been. And this isn't just with Pokemon, it's for those that believe Zelda has a continuous lore and Mario can even have a lore at all, these games are done to be disposable, play it and forget it, just their fandoms are autistic enough to obsess over them and a little line of text in one game never to be referenced again.
