Scaling is a little bit off then, either that or the perspective in the PLA shot is weird since I don't think Volo is over 7ft tall

The camera on the left is pointing up to look at Palkia but the one on the right is pointing down to look at it. The perspective's different but the scaling isn't wildly innacurate

I'd say that's more or less right. Palkia is clearly looking down at the player in the right image. You can tell by how its neck is craned and by the position of its wings.

The PLA scaling is a little bit different but I don't think it's that far off. Dawn's head is at the top of Palkia's crotch lines but Red's would be near the bottom/middle of them.
