Parasect also needs some love, I think statistically speaking it's one of the least promoted pokemon of all time, and it's been a shitmon for forever, a bug/ghost regional variant/evolution would be cool, as would a "normal" version without a mushroom that also gives it a third form, deserves something at least and there's a lot of room for creativity with it in so many directions, have it turn into a full husk (ghost), have it grow a different mushroom on it's back (poison, ground, fairy, etc.) have it have no mushroom at all, (pure bug, bug/dark) whatever you want
Seel and Dewgong need some kind of form and/or evolution badly, they're probably one of the most forgettable mons of all time at the moment and some new variant based on a cool type of seal like a leopard or elephant seal would be really cool, or even take a bit of inspiration from the narwhal if you want to make it's horn bigger. I think it's got a lot of potential
I know Jynx isn't on the list but it also deserves something new, Smoochum was 20 years ago and Electabuzz and Magmar got evolutions so it should too, not like it gets any love right now competitively or from the fanbase, I think an evolution would bring it new life
Hypno has been cucked by Alakazam for forever and it's pretty shit atm so I think it deserves something unique like a regional form or evolution, especially cause there's lots of creepy and cool ideas for it
