It would have to be a kind of gimmicky mon i think, from a design perspective. Kangaroo-mon would pretty much have to be normal/fighting not ground/fighting. Honestly id say Hariyama couldve been fight/ground. Itd work great now too with moves like bulldoze and stomping tantrum. But to have some fun with it id think some kind of large sandsnake-mon mixed attacker that physically fights with its tail but whose best offense is special. I return to gimmicky because it wouldnt get punching or kicking style fighting moves but misc or utility moves like low sweep, submission, reversal, counter, rock smash, and sky uppercut (it slithers up close then smashes the target up in the air with its tail instead of a fist). Then give it focus blast and maybe a few other "mental" style moves like dark pulse, dragon pulse, zen headbutt, and psyshock. Which leads into mixed ground attacking with earth power, sand tomb, drill run (more like a death roll while slithering), dig, and bulldoze. Then mix in whatever other moves might fit a sandsnake like poison fang, crunch, coil (this would probably be its lynchpin move), glare, laser focus, dragon tail, throat chop (it would be a bite of course like with arbok), acid spray, gastro acid, stockpile/spitup/swallow, iron tail, scary face, skull bash, rock head, theif and quick attack.
