Honestly the most harmless hisuain form. He's just a more spikier samurott (which makes him better) and has the best combo out of the 3 starters tho that's not saying much

ironically the most harmful part about it is that he's too similar to his original. It's not even particularly creative, and like I get he's a regional variant but come on. Change a little more besides giving him a crooked sword and edgy colors.
