Completely unique role within it's typing(Grass/Fighting).

I'll give you this to a degree- it is Meloetta Pirouette, but done better as a concept
I actually really like Meloetta, but the standard form is much more thought through than Pirouette, with the emphasized sheet music hair and the music note microphone/earpiece.

This isn't even a point. Very few mons has a justification for their forms existing.

That's the point. The princess dress wasn't practical for the snowy region of Hisui. So it grew to have a more practical outfit, which in turn gave it more freedom in movement and stronger legs. It's probably a joke about how the Ainu people had very practical outfits compared to some of the shit girls down in the rest of Japan were expected to wear.
