Their stats arent that different...Same Abilities and learnsets, the only difference is the -20 Atk and +20 SpDef for Dialga and +20 Spe for Palkia. In-game that's basically irrelevant but post-HOME Palkia will be quite a bit better due to that huge speed tier buff.
