I like that PLA actually gives you an incentive to release the Pokemon you don't need. I mean in every Pokemon playthrough of mine I always released every Pokemon I never planned to use on my main team because I though keeping them all stored in boxes was cruel. But its not to have incentive to do it.
PLA seems to have a lot of good features that need to be in every future mainline game.
