Water needs to nerf its fucking Ice coverage already this has been a glaring issue for over 25 years now. Ice Beam needs to be removed from their movepools or it needs to be nerfed to no more than 70 bp. This is fucking ridiculous

If you put ice in water, the ice being cold will absorb the heat from the water raising its temperature causing it to melt while the water due to its specific heat capacity will barely change in temperature that is why ice always jobs to water btw.

water types need some kind of reliable coverage, it's not their fault ice type is shit. this happens in other instances all the time, like fighting types always getting rock moves, or pretty much everything getting earthquake. If the ice type wasn't so shit defensively then it wouldn't be a problem

Ice melts to literally anything that isn't colder than itself, it should be weak to all physical moves that aren't Ice moves.

I just don't think pokemon always need coverage moves and the mons who do get good coverage should be weaker monsters.

I'd take 10 from special defense and 10 from speed and slapped 'em onto attack and call it a day.
