He’s wrong. The Battle Portal (while not being an ACHTUAL facility) allows you to rematch Bren, Wenton, Zisu, Rei/Akari, Kamado or Beni. Not sure if you can battle Ingo. As for the Wardens, it looks like you’ll have to talk to them individually in order to battle their LORDS again in post-game. You can also rematch Dialga, Palkia & Arceus on a timer.
