Everyone seems to have forgotten that Pokémon Sleep was a thing and that it was also supposed to be released in 2020. I actually would’ve enjoyed Pokémon picking up on whether I have sleep apnea or not.

Pokémon Smile? Okay, they gamify hygene to promote dental health. But how do you make people go to sleep at will? People already struggle with that on their own, it's an app going to fix that how? And how do you shoehorn Pokémon into it? Do you get shinies if you manage to stick to a good sleep schedule?
I don't get it and probably neither the people who thought of it

I could probably really use something that promotes healthy sleeping, i've been getting less than 6 hours of sleep recently due to just staying up late browsing the internet and fapping.

Its a good early look into those who have sleep issues before moving on to a sleep lab. I could see it geared more towards the fatty kids who don’t believe their parents that they snore. BUT if pikachu says “hey fatty! You stopped breathing for six seconds at a time for over 40 times” then okay, Fatty McFatkid will be like “okay mom. Fine I’ll get a sleep study done”.

Also, can you tell I’m a respiratory therapist fed up with fatties not understanding that it isn’t possible to hear themselves snore BECAUSE they are asleep?

So you know the issue and still need something to tell you what your problem is? Just go to sleep. It's not that hard. You don't need to stare at a screen until you pass out.

But the one they should release should be an entire guideline on how to develop good videogames and send it to GameFreak.

It was meant to be more like a monitoring system to monitor the health of your sleep. I.e how many times you woke up, how many times you snored or stopped breathing, how often you rolled around in your sleep, etc. A health app for kids which admittedly is necessary with how obese America’s children have gotten.
