I have a hard time buying the "shills" story when Arceus has been one of the most despised upcoming games in the history of the franchise. /vp/ has been shitting on this game nonstop since its reveal last year, it's only until people actually got to play the game through pirating that opinion has shifted because, shockingly, a lot of them are enjoying it and them dumping all the shit GF's been hiding has been convincing people to give it a chance.

At this point the aggressive anti-PLA posting in the wake of its newfound faith speaks more in line with being contrarian for the sake of it, because there's just no POSSIBLE way ANY new Pokémon title might actually be worth playing
