Game Freak only knows how to do good optimized stat spreads as long the Pokémon doesn't have the Rock, Ice, or Grass typings apparently, because that is where their instinctual fucktardiness kicks in full-force.

So bulky then add it's 130 base attacks and it's a tank that deals huge damage. It will be one of the best eviolite mons due to that 90 HP

Ursaluna (and Wyrdeer) are considered "Regional Evolutions", are they not? Their pre-evos can only evolve into them while they are in Legends: Arceus. That would be correct, yeah?

Regional evolution is an evolution that only exists for a regional form(Think Mr. Rime can only evolve from Galarian Mr. Mime) Cross gen evo is evolving from the regular form of that mon(Ursaring evolving into Ursaluna)

Do we know how it evolves? Leveling? Moonstone? There's one plodding around at lvl26 in a trailer but I guess that isn't completely unheard of for Pokemon evolutions to sometimes appear in the wild below their evolution level.

Regional evolutions are explicitly just evolutions that only exist within a region. They happen to have only been applied to regional variants in SWSH, but their article doesn't say that's actually the criteria for them.
