the hgss battle frontier was a copy paste from platinum's, not real content
pokeathlon was a dumb addition for babies
pokewalker is just a resale token at this point, added nothing outside of the celebi event
following pokemon as content is laughable, tons of effort for sprite work (the only thing game freak can do properly) for a feature that ultimately doesn't change the game past aesthetics/making the player feel more connected to their role (not gameplay)
rematches and maybe some newly fleshed out
kantooooo are the only sort of fresh meaningful post game content i can think of off the top of my head, GB noises should be expected in every remake but that didn't catch on for whatever reason
(because game freak is shit)
