>>49411532Sorta. I just get whatever nature increases the stat i want as long as it doesn't decrease the stat i don't want to be decreased. I also use the grit powder on the stat i want to be especially high since i have a lot. everything does so much damage anyway and this is probably the only pokemon game where I'm not being super autistic about natures and IVs. also it seems that the mons you get always tend to get a nature benefitting their best stats. I've never had to grind to get a decent nature and a lot of the mons I've gotten have gotten a decent nature right off the bat
