People just are here to vent their frustrations about life, either positively or negatively by emotionally defending/attacking games. It's a short term solution they have found to feel better and don't see the time and energy wasted. So yes, it's just about this because people are like this, they don't care about putting more than 5 secs of effort into something, it's easier to just be a moron on 4chan than working on your life and mental.

I was thinking about him, but I'm not sure exactly how to run him. Willowisp, rest, sleep talk, phantom force with leftovers?

I was also debating adding Banette, but I'm not sure

That could work! I run WoW, Shadow Punch, Pain Split, and some coverage move in SwSh. Shame it doesn’t get any recovery. Banette is ok but really misses its Mega. Calm Mind Unburden Drifblim is a good sweeper as well
