thats not terrible actually, at least its not a man in a suit for no reason. I’d make the sword look more organic though and less legitimate, and it also needs a good place to put it so its not carrying it in its mouth 24/7

sirfetch’d works cause its bipedal carrying it in its hand wings and its sword/shield is a very natural thing; it’s just a broken plant.
Zacian though is just a stupid design, theres no way it doesn’t get uncomfortable

the fish tail part is great, makes it more of a monster like nidoking. Even Dewgong has a different kind of fish-like tail. The hair’s fine too. Hybrid elements work great for fantasy monster design, this isn’t like speculative evolution of animals or something

Dolphins (or water mammal mons) have thick caudal fins made of muscle. This one looks like a membrane, which is a fish-only trait that original Samurott doesn't have and that isn't explained or justified.
