That's nothing new. That's been part of the dex entry since the beginning. The only thing they changed is now it has to actually like you instead of making it seem like it's an unconditional thing.

What should a regional variant of Gardevoir be like? I think it should be some kind of inversion of the white-lady archetype. Maybe based of some malefic fairy-demon or something? Something based on it's black hole attributes. Dark/Psychic would be good.

There isn't going to be a gen 9, we're phasing out the traditional generation model in favor of something closer to a traditional RPG format. There will still be new monsters but not as many as you are used to, and a good amount will be regional variants.

Make her bratty and entitled, but keep her regal. Something like an Ojou-sama. Instead of being her trainer's servant, make her see her trainer as her personal servant. Give her some dex entries about actually needing extensive care and pampering too.

Yup. SwSh gave a lot of pokemon extra egg types. I don't like it, part of gardevoir's appeal is that she looks human despite being something completely different. Now she has enough in common with humans that you could get her pregnant.
