For Sinnoh it's absolutely Luxray. Staraptor is a close second.

For Johto I wanna say either Tyranitar or Houndoom.

For Hoenn I think it's either of the fossil Pokémon or Claydol (Or Salamance).

Hoenn maybe Mightyena or linoone, most people probably didn't find gardevoir first playthrough.
Sinnoh it's between staraptor and luxray.
