It's going to be a very long time (if ever) before someone with enough autistic dedication and talent comes along and converts BDSP into a PC Ported fangame base complete with newfag tools and assets before anyone wants to put in the effort to make a serious modification of the game.

There's been a decent amount of wirk if you look at game settings, even restoring missing pokemon, moves, and items. Just need one of those asset modders to add the models and sprites to it.

Unity isn't even good for modding on actual PC games. I purposefully TRIED to make a moddable Unity game and their framework is complete fucking garbage for it. I had to just stick with my own engine.
