A pokemon curling up =/= shrinking. They use the curl up as a idea for the Pokéballs because curling up means they take the shape of an oval/sphere so why not seal them in spheres, what kind of mental gymnastics makes you think it relates to shrinking?
I'd give you Minimize if it was a move every Pokémon can learn.
Either way, regardless of whether I'm wrong or not this shit is retarded, who cares if they can all shrink or not, it's a little bit silly but whatever, not like I'm gonna buy or play that game personally.
