It's just shitty balance, there's no reason to use sceptile over other grass types and especially not over the other 2 starters. It's easy to just use other pokemon but he's so much worse than other choices that I gotta ask: what gives? Maybe don't be an insufferable prick who screams "UUUUUHHHH POKEMON IS LITERALLY THE EASIEST THING IN EXISTENCE???" In response to anything and instead listen to the point I'm making.
