But it's a fluke that's unlikely to happen again anyway because it relied on the fact Masuda was busy overseeing BDSP and guiding Ohmori, while Ohmori was busy with Gen 9. Iwao was able to get away with a lot that Ohmori would have shut down to best exercise what Masuda's taught him, and it's most obvious in the fact that Charizard is nowhere to be seen in the game despite being the MOST ambitious title in decades and Charizard being the centerpiece of every "BotW with Pokemon" wet dream.
