yes this but if he evolved at 100.
maybe give Magikarp a 2nd evolution that only triggers if you level one up to lvl 100 that only knows splash.

Those are Magikarp and Feebas. And grinding them to level 100 would be a chore.
You don't need to be level 100 to beat a playthrough. It's not worth it. People are already complaining at Zweilous needing level 64 to evolve.

yes but this would only be important for people looking to 100% a Pokedex. plenty of time for those people to also grind up a pokemon to 100. why would anybody else care? you don't have to personally level it up to 100 unless you want a complete dex.

There should be a Pokemon with a god-tier movepool, but shit stats. And it evolves into a Pokemon with great stats that doesn't learn any moves.
But all of the moves have to be the same type, or start with the same letter, or something like that.

Why does it need to have the best stats in the game if it's just a completionist trophy and nothing else?
