>>49461076I can kinda see it, but don't see how it all connects together. The thing with Pokemon is you gotta explain why they are like they are and also 'why are they different here then there'
Example: One for a friends region that is a Dark/Fairy Ralts line based on 'Hiding in plain sight'. They are basically mimicking humans and using their powers to make humans ignore that there is an extra child in a class or that someone is wondering where there coffee went despite you giving it to them.
The looks also follow that idea. Ralts is designed more like a Japanese pre-schooler (especially the shiny version) with exposed legs and 'shorts' instead of the long cloth robe it has. Kirlia fitting more with Middle schoolers with a different designed dress or 'pants' depending on gender and Gardevoir also having 'skirt' or 'pants' depending on the gender along with them having a 'business suit' style look to them to pose as an office worker or secretary. Gallade becomes a greaser/roughneck with a massive hard pompadour along with blunt tonfa like arms as a Dark/Fighting type who takes what he wants and forms gangs with other street Pokemon
Feel free to take if you want as I doubt my friend will ever make their game, but try to think of that mindset of 'How do I make something new and different, yet still capture what made the original.'
