That powerlevel would be too great if H-Lilligant didn't have Hustle, which will make it hit stupid hard.
How good it will be will depend on whether it still has Hustle once available for competitive play, and on how Victory Dance will work exactly.
Offensive movepool is a bit barren(Leaf Blade, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Poison Jab and Aerial Ace are the only real choices), but maybe it will grow later. Decent non attacking moves in Sleep Powder, Stun Spore and Recover.
