it's only worst because it's in Johto.

early razor leaf, reflect, synthesis, and access to other moves like eq/headbutt/body slam, etc. it'd be a fantastic starter for almost all the regions except it's home region (which sucks.)

Infernal Parade is pretty fucking crazy, but I'm comparing it to the vacuum it appears in. Come gen 9, if nothing about it changes then it might be destined for the PU bin.

so how does the move work? My understanding is that can cause burns but it also get stronger if the foe is burned, so would it work easily good with the quick style since that lets you attack twice?

Hisuian decidueye most likelly end up the worst of the grass starters. Shit typing, even more shit moves even Meganium has usefull moves. Hisuian is 4 points above tortoise speed and 4 points below to chesnaugth. Chesnaugth have atleast good moveset, decidueye dont't. His regular form is better out of this shit.
