Someone counted all the trainers, routes, dungeons and cities in each game, and Sw/Sh is dead last in all of them...

We just had this thread a few days ago. The list doesn't count non-route areas, which really harms the counts for gen 7 and 8 with all of the landmarks and Wild Area zones respectively.
