well you're kinda shit out of luck on the 3ds port unless you have two 3dses but you can disable trade evolutions on an emulator with the universal pokemon randomizer.

If you have a hacked 3ds you can extract the save file onto your computer and trade using emulators. Then restore the save file back onto 3ds.
The only official way to trade is buying another 3ds and buying another VC pokemon game to put on it.
