Why didn't lance use an Arbok? It's in the dragon egg group. Same logic applied to Gyarados and Charizard. Also no Kingdra?

bruno shouldn't even have an onix, i think he only does for coverage against flying types but they're weak as fuck and primeape exists (and poliwrath for the first gen).
