In my opinion Hoenn would be a much more suitable region in Sinnoh to host a Pokémon Legends game, how do you imagine a possible "Legends Hoenn"?

I like Hoenn but I feel a Legends game about its main lore just wouldn't be very interesting since it'd most likely be all about the draconids, meteors and mega evolution. Basically a retread of the Delta Episode.

Legends Hoenn would be cool, but I think it would be cooler to see a legends style map where you have multiple distinct areas (routes) with cities (jubilife village) connecting them. Imagine hoenn route 119 as a legends style large open area, or having hoenn route 110 with its cycling road looming over the map. As much as I'm enjoying PLA right now it's made me excited to see how much further gamefreak can take this format. More cities, more trainers, more story and stuff. The environments they made in PLA are amazing, and its really cool to see how the pokemon live within them, way better than the terrible SWSH wild area.

Fuji found Mew in South America, which means if they were to ever explore that, they'd have to make a region over there

But what would they do that the originals/remake hasn't done? They already got forms, they fought over land and sea already, Rayquaza stepped in, it wouldn't be anything new cause there's not much you can do with it anymore.

Johto is the best candidate atm with the burned tower, we could get the original mons that the legendary beasts came from, bring back shadow Lugia as a new form and give one to Ho-oh, a light form or something, apricorn balls started there as well, gen 2 hasn't had anything in a long time.

Unova and Kalos would be the next best after that.

Ice pokemon in the other Hoenn games were tucked away in Shoal Cave. Such a small thing but i love how much Hoenn committed to the tropical themes, no ice area, just a sad little cave in the middle of the ocean for 'em.

or has read the Adventures manga knows that there's a whole lore that they wanted to flesh out that was unfortunately limited by the scope of the games themselves. Tribal Sapphire would also be hot as fuck.

That said, I'm not sure I'd want to see Hoenn with all the baggage that the Legends game currently comes with (bastardized designs, poor world design, etc). Maybe in the future when the devs get their shit together it will turn out fine.
