He has videos detailing the typical pharmacological protocols for growing it back.
The gist is:
Finasteride to stop the source of hair loss.
Minoxidil for making the follicles that you still have produce more/better hair
Microneedling for doubling the effects of the minoxidil.
Plus healthier diet, sleep, lifestyle, etc.
There are other things that can be more or less effective than the above, but have different pros aand cons that you're going to have to evaluate yourself.
The 3 above are the established FDA-approved safe stack (some people get serious side effects from finasteride so keep that in mind).
Hair transplants take individual hairs from a more DHT-resistant area and put them on your hairline to cover up the recession.
This means that even if you can afford a good one (you pretty much pay by the hair so a good number of transplanted ones will cost you between $20k and $50k), you'll still have to use the above-mentioned pharmaceuticals to prevent the top of your head from going bald (while the transplanted hairs remain and form a retarded-looking ridge on your forehead).
Therefore it's smart to start with the pharmaceuticals, see how it goes, and only if you're not satisfied with that, you can add the transplant.
And remember: regrowing what you lost is very hard (some guys regain some hair and some don't regain anything) so you ought to be as proactive as possible and start at least with finasteride now to slow the loss down before it gets irremediably worse.
