Doesnt help when people suggest it be part dark. That doesnt help it do anything besides new type effectiveness which doesnt really mesh with its electric typing.
I wish they made this thing a good anti stall mon. Maybe give it infiltrator (x ray eyes flavor text) and give it moves like hyper fang and taunt to neuter defensive pokemon then give it stuff like parting shot or snarl to help put a dent in switch ins before switching out itself.
Ah well.
