I don't think finding feet attractive is really a fetish. it's another part of the body to judge health and fitness by, and honestly a pretty important one.

I can't speak for everyone else but I developed an obsession with clean feet after my older brother developed this nasty as shit nail fungus that somehow ended up spreading to our sister. I got so scared that I became obsessed with properly practicing foot hygiene and podiatry to a somewhat lesser extent. At some point obsession with clean feet led to being somewhat turned on by clean or pretty looking feet. My fondness of the Pokemon franchise is entirely separate to my love for clean feet.
