It's not like PLA is a good game and the only thing wrong with it is graphics. It has a lot of other issues

Genshin has better technical quality, but the aesthetics are worse than BOTW. The color palette, lighting, cohesion between character models and environment, geography, clothing design, town layouts, fauna, flora, enemy camps, UI design, fonts, etc. It's all more thought out and polished than in BOTW. Genshin is awfully inconsistent, with great visuals in some areas and extremely lazy design in others, especially interiors and dungeons.
