Honestly just vibing with random Pokes, grinding merit points, evolving Pokes and catching that level 40 alpha scyther I found super early on have contributed heavily to playtime. Story isn't interesting me at all and I'm only really bothering to progress it once I feel like I want to explore a new area.

Used this team for the postgame Volo fight. I previously used a Goodra and a Zoroark but i swapped Goodra out for Palkia during the climax and eventually benched Zoroark because he was too fragile for my liking, even with his awesome typing.

Kadabra, you can find Fire Stones easily by smashing the glittering rocks. Also, keep going into the distortion event things as those drop rare items and I found a Linking Cable in my very first one.

It's unironically really good with this game's battle format. Triple Arrows more often than not gives you two moves in a row without Agile, and it's a great setup for its other moves.

Stats-wise, H Liligant is better
Visually, H Decidueye is better
Moveset-wise, it depends. Decidueye's coverage is a little better, plus it gets Roost. The issue is that they're trying to make Decidueye into a defensive mon, but Grass/Fighting is one of the shittiest defensive typings to have. It should hit hard and fast, which is what Liligant is able to do MUCH better.

Lilligant has victory dance, which is bulk up+double hit and probably the best boosting move in the game

It also has stun spore which is super useful
