>>49497501>>49498107>>49497851What do you guys think we could expect from DLC content wise? Going from Sword and Shield, which is presently all we have to go off of, it gave us
>16 new pokemon/forms (counting both forms of Urshifu and all calyrex forms)>7 new gigantamax forms>2 new wild areas that were decently large>Around 220 returning pokemon >18 new move tutor movesWhat would you expect from PLA? More? Less? About the same? Personally i'd enjoy 2-3 new areas to explore, and 200 new pokemon would nearly double the dex so I'd be happy to see that many make it in but I'm not sure if that'd happen due to how a lot of mons in PLA seem to have new models. I'd absolutely love 16 new mons but this too seems like too much, that'd be a really substantial amount considering how little new pokemon were introduced, I'd love to see it, hoping for it a lot actually, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was 8-10 at most and probably even fewer unfortunately. What I really want is substantial and difficult end-game battles capable of giving really useful rewards, more interesting/varied sidequests, and new locations and towns. Maybe it could be about the expansion of Hisuians now that they aren't as fearful of pokemon, having developing cities mirroring locations it DPPt would be cool, and one of them being the start of a battle facility, like some kind of sparring ground would be really cool, especially if people you helped in sidequests showed up to fight you with new teams or something.
I've got a lot of hopes for dlc if we get it, I just fear that because the quality of the content has gotten better it will somehow necessitate getting much less of it than in SWSH
