Updated Ryujinx to 1.1.15 and suddenly its taking forever just to launch the game. Something called PTC : x/94053 is what's causing it.
Just tried it again and my whole desktop wonked out.

this get deleted everytime someone uploads it because someone wants money for it or some shit. it works if you can reach 60+ FPS with your settings, if not it slows down the game a lot. on Ryujinx with AMD/Vulkan I cant reach 60fps easily so I cant even use it myself

Is there going to be a mod that makes your storage slot unlimited? It's really annoying managing item box and the slot upgrade is way too expensive, overall just an unnecessary change that was only there to further waste your time.

There is no difference. Just use latest, updating doesn't matter. I think pla minimum is 13.0 which is a year old.

Been playing with Ryujinx but switched to Yuzu since it removes the bars on titles/quick/agile style effects. Though snowfall seems to just float in place rather than fall? Is there some sort of a fix or setting to fix this?

But that's a great feature, cutscenes get a lot more amusing when you picture the MC as that dad from the tranny reveal video with his arm pissed off and twitching in contained rage. That's our character every scene

Depends on your cpu and gpu i guess, i have gen 9 i3 and a 1050ti and yuzu runs significantly better for me, stable 30fps at 2x resolution in yuzu while i have to play in native resolution for ryujinx to get stable 30fps.

fast gpu time is on
Anisotropic filtering: automatic
i also make sure to always set priority as high in the taskmanager>details every time i run yuzu
I also use rivatuner to limit the fps to 30 to avoid annoying micro stutter.

ah, so it wasn't just me. General updates made the game run better for me up to 1.1.14, then 1.1.15 is where it got a bit wonky again. I'm done with the game, but it's still annoying for future replays.

Did they merge the fixed caves thing in yet?

How well does Legends Arceus run in comparison to other titles on Yuzu? Specifically Xenoblade 2 since it's what people say the most consuming game to emulate and to be run on Switch hardware in general.

Three Houses is a fucking mess on Yuzu that they break just as often as they fix. It used to run terribly on Ryujinx but as of the latest updates I'm able to get solid 60fps at 2x resolution with the mod for it, but probably depends on your machine.

Still, you'll be more likely to get crashes here and there when loading a map or chapter than something like PLA, so saving often is always a smart idea.

How recently did you play on Yuzu? There was about a two year period where the lighting was completely broken, audio stuttered like crazy, OpenGL flat-out did not work whatsoever and you were stuck playing in Vulkan, random chapters were such complete locks that you literally had to save edit to get past them, etc. Most of these were still problems back when I dropped Yuzu entirely which couldn't have been more than a few months ago.

They'd fix one issue, only for it to come back up a few hundred EAs down the line because Yuzu development prioritizes recent popular releases first and foremost.

NTA, i just finished my first route last week playing in Yuzu 880+ version, the only problem i noticed is that the audio is not in sync when it comes to animated cutscenes and occasional crash due to some demanding maps taking more than 4gig of vram but that's because of my low end gpu and i just have to lower the resolution to prevent the crashing so it's not a big deal. Overall it runs great, stable 30 fps at 2X resolution.

Yes I have them in yuzu that way, but yuzu worked me like >>49521524 at 1fps. And the fitgirl shit with ryujinx based on works "perfectly" at 20fps. So I had to stick with this one. The inbuild Ryujinx has a mod folder but not as in appdata and says for Ryujinx aswell, will see later on.

in this repack seems to be the mods folder on the data game folder directly instead, same for patch folder and such there, still not recognizing. The roaming Ryujinx i have must be from another Ryujinx I tried before that didn't work because i'm not in Win10. That would only help in cases where you're bottlenecked by your GPU, which rarely happens.
A decent CPU and at least 8 GB of RAM is what you need.
But also, if you have an AMD GPU and use Windows, you dun goofed and you need some beta driver and to use Vulkan.

DS4Windows works in the way that it tricks your computer in to thinking it's an Xbox 360 controller. In the drop down menu in the controller settings in ryujinx you should be able to select Xbox 360 controller or Xinput controller if you have DS4Windows on.
But honestly, you don't need it, ryujinx seem to work without DS4Windows anyway, it recognizes my DS4 just fine as is.

Any extra recommendations for AMD GPUs? I've both the latest amd drivers and the vulkan backend, my gpu is a RX 5500 XT with 8 gb of vram. The game runs mostly fine but in the village it can drop to 20 or 25 fps, can also get bad with some effects like the pokeball lights or some attacks.

Ryujinx applies the mods when you run the game, there is no way to turn them on or off with a checklist, so every mod in the mod folder will be loaded as long as your folders are set up correctly..
As for your how your mods are laid out, it should look like this. Note that the romfs folder is inside of the parent folder that's named after the mod, and not directly in the game folder.

If you look at the command window when loading the game, it'll say whether the mods are loaded or not.

Copy %appdata%/ryujinx in explorer or file -> open ryujinx folder in ryujinx
You can also configure ryujinx to be stand-alone and not use appdata folder.
