Lanturn is just precious OK. It's so chubby and cute and I just need one. The anglerfish is an awesome design inspiration for a Pokémon but it really is surprising how creative they were with it. You could take the simple route and make a stupid menacing pure-Water type just like the actual anglerfish, but instead they made it adorable and they gave it two lures instead of one but they're actually electric orbs and ahhh it's perfect.

I used this guy in battle simulators a very long time ago and it was incredibly funny. volt absorb tripped a lot of people up and I would pester things with thunder wave and confuse ray. would run ice beam to for dragons.

I prefer Chinchou, the episode during that filler water tournament arc where Misty actually did something was the first episode of Pokemon I ever watched. My friend somehow found it on his dads laptop, it was awesome

Stockpile on its own is passable as a lesser Cosmic Power. There should be more moves that raise Stockpile, and maybe even a move or ability that do so passively over time.
