If it gets reliable Ground coverage coming into the next gen with proper comp, I don't think there's a single type that it doesn't hit for at least neutral damage, and there are a ton that ARE incredibly relevent (in the current meta at least) that it an absolutely shred, like Grass, Flying, Ground, Dragon, etc. the raised speed from base Avalugg is lame, but the boosted Attack is actually much appreciated and it's still slower than 90% of other Pokemon anyways. At worst it's gonna hate being undersped by Torkoal on account of the lowered Sp.Def, but it's at least now packing a neutrality to it's STAB.
In a non-restricted meta I can easily see this fucker shining early on.
