And as for bending, this is something that collectors tell the uneducated in order to get cards for cheap. "Oh ya your card is nm and has no flaws, scratches, or whitening, but it's slightly warped and curling, so that's a bent and damaged card. I'll pay you 50%, you'll be lucky to get that much for it!"
All grading companies don't even consider warping when grading a card. You could send in a card that looks like a pringle, and as long as it isn't actually bent -- that is, has no creases -- then you can still get a 10.
