If they make it eat from a dog bowl, people will say “wtf I don’t like seeing something like this doing that”, people already say this about Conderace and Mr. Mime.
If they make it act like a person, people will say “wtf Pokemon are supposed to be animals.”
So they won’t ever include one of them in any major long term way.
