Mine might be the Eterna Forest variations.
I do really like how the Jubilife Village theme slowly evolves over the course of the game and eventually transitions into a mix between Jubilife City and the Village theme.
Also the snow area music is good fuck how does this mostly quiet ass game have such nice music

The village theme gets even better later on and is easily one of the best in the game. The random music that plays when walking around is always great and I love what they did with the lake trio theme
