Faun, for pretty much the same reason as minotaur. Though they aren't associated with "hell" or evil pee say, they are associated with the underworld and "demons" or "fae".
Hippo would be clever, but I think we both know it'll be a centaur thanks to nu-pokemon designs. I only hope the top half of the centaur isn't humanoid but some other non-humanoid creature.
Medusa, again for the same reason as the minotaur and as the centaur (nu-mons just aren't as consistently clever as older mon designs).
