>>49540486>Again, I disagree.By metrics you made up that only exists to justify your lack of concession. What you are saying makes absolutely 0 sense.
>I've played exactly one Call of Duty game in my life. I enjoyed my time with it, but it didn't interest me so I never played any others.Clearly it didn't. And yet you claim to love all pokemon games and enjoyed all their battle system despite not finding them interesting.
Make it make sense.
>I guess? Its literally what it is.
To suggest otherwise is to admit you just don't like the combat and by extension the game.
>>49540486>They're one in the same to me.They literally aren't and its stupid to think so. There is no way a person can insist such a thing without intentionally just trying to be obstinate. Nothing about pokemn's battle system requires trainers with 2 pokemon and only 2 moves, EXP all that multiplies your EXP gains by 300% while removing EXP management and devaluing team building in favor of starter spam, Infinite use TMs that allow you to spread highs impact moves across as many Pokémon as you want at 0 cost all, broken mechanics like Amie bonuses and free status healing, dumbing down of mechanics like out of combat poison while making money management a complete joke/nonfactor.
> so in my mind that's a problem with the mechanicsAnon I don't know what else to tell you other than your mind is stupid. I'm genuinely struggling to think of a response other than that to give you.
By this same metric, the shitty graphics in LPA are a direct result of the games format, so it should be scrapped.
>Been a while since I played them but I don't recall needing any kind of decent team synergy to beat the game,Good luck beating Bugsy without some kind of strategy when the fucker is running a Technician Scyther with U-Turn.
